DANISHDOWN reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the Site are in DKK or Euros and are including 25% VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside EU are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and will be charged by DANISHDOWN for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company such as UPS.
Customers purchasing within EU are served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.
Insurance & Delivery
DANISHDOWN insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Each item are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are packed and dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of use, “wear and tear”, washing, are not considered to be faulty. Please notify DANISHDOWN directly on receipt of goods, if anything is not correct.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Kindly note, for hygiene reasons and as respect to you, buying a new product, we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows or any bedding.

The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

All of the content that appears on the Services, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the website, Services, and other materials, are the exclusive property of DANISHDOWN and are protected by Danish laws.

DANISHDOWN makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services provided by the website and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties’ rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall DANISHDOWN, be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the three digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes – in case the shipping company needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
