Shipping and delivery
The following shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination.
Shipping rates & delivery to other countries to DENMARK:
GLS courier service – DKK 65,00 / EUR 10,00
Standard delivery time: 1-2 days
Shipping rates & delivery to other countries within EU:
GLS courier service – DKK
Standard delivery time: 2-4 days
Shipping rates & delivery time WORLDWIDE:
GLS courier service – DKK
Standard delivery time: 3-6 days, depending on destination. Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders within EU will include 25% VAT (DK Tax). For international orders (outside the EU), the Danish VAT of 25% is deducted on the invoice.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which DANISHDOWN are not liable. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will, be deducted in the amount refunded to you.

The tracking number for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped.
All pre-orders are subject to the same terms as regular Orders, cf. Terms.
Furthermore, when purchasing a product on Pre-order, the payment is fully captured when placing the order. The Customer has full refund rights prior to the pre-order being shipped. Kindly notice the special return policy for comforters, pillows and bedding. Shipment is processed when the Customer receives the invoice for the pre-order and tracking number.
Hereafter, the standard return rights applies to the pre-order.
DANISHDOWN gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, un-opened, unused, with all DANISHDOWN tags and without any damage to packing and/or product, and without any seal has been broken. KINDLY NOTE: Due to hygienic reasons, we are strict on these rules. We want to secure, that only new and unused products are delivered to our customers. Instead of buying a product, you are not sure you will eventually buy, we strongly suggest you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and get advice.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns if the seal has been broken or items and/or packings has been damaged or have any odors. You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of opening the packing and or trying the item.
Please act according to the return guidance found here. Otherwise, you can always contact email@example.com to arrange the return of the product(s).
When a returned item has been approved, DANISHDOWN will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style please do so by placing a new order on our webshop, and return your first purchased items.
